Quest 3 controller battery contact popped out

So the bottom contact on both my controllers have come loose and pop out occasionally, how would I go about fixing this?

@hollickjason  the white ring should have little latches on it that push in and hold it in place. It might be that pushing the white ring in and rotating it at the same time will engage the latches behind the internal castellations. This video shows the internal view of the positive plunger at work.
