Quest 3 controller not working

My controller has fully charged batteries (it’s my right) and it shows in the oculus menu and apps but it won’t let me use it like to select things and when I go in a game all I do is spin

We are always happy to assist anyone with issues they are having, for VR is definitely a one of a kind experience, and we know it requires everything working fully, to enjoy it to the fullest extent. We see that you are having trouble with your right Quest Pro 3 controller. Here are a few steps you can try to see if these fix the problem:

  • You can first try to clean the around the thumb analog first, using compressed air to clean the inside incase of dirt or debris
  • If you have anything on the controller (i.e a protective wrap, or thumb cover) try removing that see if that works
  • You can also try to recalibrate the controller. You can click here to get further steps.
  • Finally, you can try to unpair, and repair the controller as well. If you need assistance there's an article available to give precise details
