Quest 3 controller tracking

Has anyone gotten any updates on controller tracking with the quest 3? My wife and I play Les Mills body combat and her Quest 2 does fine, but my quest 3 is terrible and loses tracking often. It is really annoying and interrupts my combo points and overall score when i know i hit the targets correctly. So frustrated with the quest 3!!

I understand how annoying it is when your VR experience is affected especially when you're in the zone and getting in the groove getting those combo points and going for gold! I've definitely been there so I understand your frustration.

Here are some things that could help you out so that you can get to getting those high scores and enjoying your experience with the Quest 3:

• You can try cleaning the tracking cameras. Here is how to do so -> maintenance and care guidelines
• Try to make sure that your playing environment is free of any obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers
• Try and remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example, controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.
• Remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds
• Try replacing the battery with a new one
• Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
• Ensure that your Quest 3 is updated to the latest software version
