Good morning Meta Support team,
I've got a Meta Quest 3 headset exhibiting some display issues:
1) The colors coming from the left eye viewport appears to be washed out / desaturated compared to the right eye, and is quite distracting.
2) It appears the display in general is very low brightness compared to the other headsets I have on hand.
I've already tried to factory reset the headset, but the issues persists unfortunately. Any support with this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hey there! We certainly agree- the kind of display issue you're describing does sound distracting! Since you've already performed a Factory Reset, we'd like to check your warranty options! Please provide the following:

Good morning,
Its been close to 2 months now and I still have not heard anything from the support team about getting this unit replaced. Can I please get a DM with an update on the request?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to send a DM as I'm getting a limit reached error. If I could have Meta Support reach out to me by e-mail, that would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
