Quest 3 doesnt charge and says liquid in charging port after left on charge for the night

Hi Guys, I am having a very fustrating time, I purchased a Quest 3 off amazon on the 25th October 2023 "still in warranty" 

I have been using it for a year without any issues, however last night after leaving it on charge , I wake up this morning to the charger not working and it keeps complaining that the charging port has liquid in or debris which is impossible , Its still under warranty but there is no way to log a return and I have just 9 days to go before the warranty expires and I wont get any help , 

 

Please could someone help me to sort out this device or get it logged before the warranty expires, I have always supported meta and purcahsed previous versions of quest wihthout any issues : The serial number is [REDACTED]
