Hello I have Fritzbox 7530 router directly connect to the internet, so this is basically the router that my ISP gave to me with my connection. It supports 2.4 GHz and 5GHz. I first have divided SDD for the two connection. I have bought the meta quest 3 just today and when I booted it for the first time it just doesn't connect with my Wi-Fi so basically I'm not able to go past the Wi-Fi SDD selection screen inside the visor. I try to put both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz in one SDD but nothing is even worse, while with two separate SDD it gave me the error that the password was wrong but it is not true the password was right, with one only it try to connect but nothing. Can anyone help me? Is there as solution for this?
Thank you

Hello, thanks for your answer, I managed to connect the quest 3 to my network. I have a question, is it normal that I see the double lens overlapping in the visor's field of view? Trying to move the wheel switch doesn't completely solve the issue. It is like to see through a binocular, it somehow breaks my immersion into the VR world. I wear glasses, could they be the problem?

Thank you for that update, @Antowa82. We're happy to hear you got your headset connected to your WiFi. We hope you're enjoying your time in the VR world. To answer your question pertaining to your lens and wearing glasses, you should have received a glasses spacer with your headset so that you can wear your glasses. You can find out more info about wearing your glasses while using your headset by following this link here. Please let us know if you have any other questions, comments, or feedback for us, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Hello, I have another question, why when I turn off the visor, before it turns off it tells me that it is upgrading and to not turn it off, but it is like that every time when I put it on again the visor already turned off so no update. Should I reset the quest 3?
Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us, @Antowa82. While we do want to hold off on completing a factory reset of the device, we can first test hard rebooting by holding the power button for 30 seconds. From there, check manually for the update. Even though your Wi-Fi was recently connected to the headset, we may need to connect to another Wi-Fi if the device is unable to do so on the current network. Of course, keep us updated on how the device appears. We want to make sure you're all set!
