Quest 3 left controller

When I physically push the left joystick all the way to the top right it goes but in vr on any game or calibration for controller in the settings it says that I am not pushing it all the way to the top right even tho i physically am. Any help?

Place a suport call if you are under warranty. If you are not, Google "Quest stick drift" and follow the suggestion that best suits your level of confidence.

We understand how this issue can take away from a great VR experience, and we wouldn't want our users to have anything less than the best VR experience. We'd be happy to dive deeper to try and help get you back to VR ASAP!

 

It seems like you are having problems with your controller drift, this  is a term used when a controllers' thumbstick no longer responds accurately to your input. Please Follow the steps below if you're experiencing controller drift on your Meta Quest Touch controllers.

 

Recalibrate your controllers

For Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest 2 and Quest Pro:

 

  1. From your headset, select Settings.
  2. Select Devices, then select Controllers.
  3. Under Thumbstick range and deadzone, select the thumbstick that you're having an issue with.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate the thumbstick deadzones.
  5. If your controller's thumbstick is still drifting, try setting a larger deadzone.
