I can see everything clearly if I see straight through the center of the lenses but the texts are a little bit blurry if I focus up-down-left-right with my eyes. (no head movement just eyes)
If I move my head and center goes to those parts those became clear.
I read that with Q3 pencake lens I should see everything clearly.
