So, when I press the menu button, it won't open and my mic stops working so no one can hear me. I've tried powering it off and on again, even hard rebooting, but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

Hey @monarchvr76! We would love to assist you with your Quest 3 not displaying the menu and the mic feature not working as intended. Thank you so much for trying to reboot the headset. Since that did not work, we can try to do a factory reset. Performing a Factory reset will wipe all information and data off the device. Some of this data can be restored by enabling Cloud Backups beforehand. However, keep in mind that while Cloud Backup is available to all Meta Quest developers, it's up to developers to decide whether to enable this feature for their app and what data is backed up. You can find which installed apps have Cloud Backups enabled on the Cloud Backups page of your Meta account profile. Once you've set up Cloud Backups, ensure your device is fully charged, then proceed with the directions.
