Quest 3 mix reality is lagging

My quest 3 is 4 months old and I have encountered the fact that now my mixed reality is broken. My hands are significantly lagging and double. I have tried all the settings, changing the tracking frequency, etc. I have rebooted and reset to factory settings, but none of the above helped. I have no problems with lighting, there are no mirrors anywhere. I constantly play in mixed reality and literally a few days ago this problem appeared.

Of course I need help, you haven't done anything yet to solve the problem.

in this thread the user has the same problem and it is still not solved. why is there no answer from support in his thread?
