Hi guys. I'm a light user. Checked the other day and have about 300GB free.
I have the Q3 with extended battery.
When I clicked the power button this morning, it wouldnt power on. There are no indication whatsoever that it's turning on. Had the USB charging on over night.
Tried the power reset for 20s or whatever (tried up to a minute)
Did the volume down with power for 15 seconds. No impact whatsoever.
There as just no light in the eyepieces.
When I plug the charger into the extended battery, the green light on the extended battery goes on for a few seconds before turning down.
I disconnected it and charge directly on the front headset, but there's no light. Should there be a light? I think the main battery must be completely flat (even though last time I was done with it it had more than 50% power).
Is this device doing stuff (e.g. downloading updates) while charging? where did all the power go?
Any ideas? also I'm baffled by the 'charge for 2 hours' advice. Are you telling me that after even 30 mins of charging, there's still not enough power to start? Or is the threshold higher because there's some OS update running in the background once the power reaches x%? also I had it charging overnight, so I find that theory very unlikely.
Result, I think I have a bricked device... trying the 2 hour thing now.
Need advice please!

Hi @CE_Auke 🙂
Maybe you received the v77 update.
@TomCgcmfc reported that he needs to charge the extended battery and headset separately once for them to sync and function properly after he received v77
This behavior could explain why your headset—with the extended battery connected—didn't charge overnight.

I would try if charging the headset directly overnight can solve the problem.

Sad this didnt work. There's just now way to get a single LED light up on the headset. With or without the extended battery.

Too bad🙁
Your device is still under warranty, you should open a support ticket:

Thanks, I think that's my last resort.
Quick question. When I plug the charging cable (with power) into the headset. Am I supposed to see a led light up on the headset? Mine is dead dead. No indication that power was plugged in.

Yes, there should be an orange light while charging which turns green after the battery is completely charged.
