Last night i had took my headset off and came back to a black screen so i forced restart but it would sit on the logo screen not booting up. Then i waited to see if it would boot up on its own and that's when i got the screen its doing a software update so it did the software update and booted up no problem. i ended up taking my headset off again for it to do the same thing. My headset is on v74 and won't update to v76 because it won't restart and sits on the logo screen. For me to boot it up i have to go through a waiting process of letting it go through a software update that doesn't happen and then restart it after it bootloops after the software update that doesn't take effect. If there's anyway to fix this without having to factory reset i would like to know. Edit: my headset boots up properly now after i had disabled software updates setting under software update.
