I've had my headset since Christmas and it's worked beautifully. After this update now my view is not level. Sometimes when using the oculus button to recenter my view it will resolve but only about 20% of the time. Seems to go off center in the middle of playing games (mostly play beat saber and Supernatural). Also loses my guardian boundaries often. Did try to clear my boundaries cache but no help. Is this a possible known issue or do I just need to reset my headset? I did send in a bug report through the headset last night but haven't heard anything yet.

@occy30 Thank you for getting back to us with answers to our questions. Based on everything you told us, we will suggest you attempt a factory reset of your headset. You can figure that out here. We would like to let you know that you should make sure you have cloud backup enabled so you don't lose progress. We eagerly await your response!

Hey there, @occy30. We see you have a Quest 3 and are having issues with the screen not being centered while gaming. We know how it feels to be in a groove, but then something happens to throw us off. We would love to assist you in resolving the issue. Firstly, can you answer the following questions?
We hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you for your prompt response!
Yes, since about 2 days ago this is non stop now. I just finished playing beat saber and it felt like everything was coming from a lower perspective and coming up to me. Also, it wasn't getting the height right as everything from beat saber was coming in lower than normal. Loaded up "thrill of the fight" where it starts the game and does a quick measurement to make sure opponents are caliberated correctly and my fights would start on top of the opponent instead of in front of. Also noticed that switching between beat saber and thrill of the fight that I had to redo my guardian as it forgot my boundaries between games..
No to the PCVR question, stand alone quest apps from the headset
and using the controllers is the only thing I have been trying to do. It mixes between that right tilt perspective to downright mixing up my view.

Yes, did the factory reset and that seems to have calmed my headset down.

Hei @occy30 , possibly your fix would be to turn off in experimental settings "Use apps while laying down". As it does not work well when playing standing up. I noticed the same thing when I turned it on, and turning it off helped me, hope it helps you!

I'm experiencing the identical problem since updating to v64, my Quest 3 isn't maintaining level, despite no changes in my environment or lighting conditions. Even after a factory reset, the issue persists, suggesting a potential IMU software malfunction introduced by the update. It's clear that Meta needs to address this bug in v64 promptly.

Hey there, @K1llerICE, and we truly appreciate the steps you've taken to get running smoothly. We definitely want to get to the bottom of this, so we do want to make sure a bug report has been submitted to allow our engineers to look further into this concern.

I had the same issue and this fixed the problem for me too.
