@YaprakDolmasi Maybe try a different usb3 port and see if you can get a bit better meta link usb speed test result. You’re best to run this a few times in order to get a good result. I’ve generally found that anything 2.2Gbps or better works well.
You don’t give your pc specs so it’s hard to suggest meta link and ODT settings. Maybe start off with defaults including 400mbps encoding bitrate in ODT. Then adjust these later up to what your pc specs will allow. If you search YouTube you should find some meta link setup guides.

Hello,
i've tried diffrent usb ports but my frame rate still the same. To be more precise about my problem: my app frame rate is 72hz as expected but my encoder frame rate is 24-29hz.
My pc specs:
Gpu: Amd rx6800
Cpu: Amd Ryzen 5 5600 6-core
Ram 32 gb
Thanks in advance

I see you are all AMD and since I'm Intel/Nvidia (i9 13900k/rtx4090) I'm not sure I can help you. I think, but don't really know, that your pc would be similar to an intel i5 10600k cpu and nvidia rtx3070. Not exactly a powerhouse PCVR spec these days but you should still get pretty good results with most games, but maybe not complex flight sims like msfs2020.
I think my main concern is that you are only getting 1.8Gbps on the meta link usb speed test. You should be getting ~2.2-2.4Gbps imho.
Maybe make sure your usb drivers are up to date. Also, you may need to update your motherboard bios to get the best out of these. check your win10/11 device manager and make sure all your usb ports properties/power tab have any power savings disabled.
Also, disconnect any unnecessary usb devices so you don't run out of usb bandwidth. I've also found it helps to do the same with any unnecessary Bluetooth devices as well.
With your PC I'd suggest starting off with your meta link pc app device settings set to 80Hz refresh rate and the res slider set to around 1.1x.
For Oculus Debug Tool (ODT) set those all to defaults/zeros except Distortion = Low and Encoding bitrate = 400mbps (maybe increase this to 450-500mbps once you get good results).
If you are using SteamVR set visuals manually (not auto) to 100% and disable advanced super sample filtering.
Of course your framerates will also depend on the in-game graphics settings so make sure these are not too high to begin with.
As far as wireless goes, your internet performance doesn't have much of an effect. The main thing with wireless is that you need to have your pc ethernet connected to your router and use a dedicated 5Ghz channel (one that doesn't have much traffic), and you should be close to the router, preferably in the same room. I can get very good wireless PCVR performance using Air Link or Virtual Desktop. However, I still get the best clarity/performance with flight sims like msfs2020 using a Link Cable. I use the official meta link cable connected to my Z790 motherboard usb3.2 gen2 type-c port.
As far as your AMD GPU settings go, I haven't got a clue. Probably best to visit AMD user forums and see what the current drivers/settings seem to be working best with Quest headsets.
Sorry I can't be of more help mate. If you need further help I suggest you contact meta support and see if they can help you (see link below). Good luck and best cheers.
