Quest 3 prices EU

I was gonna buy a quest 3, but theres a thing that kinda rubs me the wrong way. why is it that if I want to order one to sweden it will cost about 600 euros, when most of other EU contrys get it for 550? 

Shouldnt it be about the same price? Whats the difference?

One possibility is because Sweden has the second highest VAT rate in the EU.

(Eg. Sweden is 25%, Germany is 19% and France is 20%)

But that's just a guess.
