I tried factory resetting it and now I’m stuck on the controller updating then stops at 33%, and then it reports it as failed to update, I’m really getting frustrated due to wanting to play games, I’ve tried everything from factory restarting my controllers, un-pairing, and re-pairing it to no avail, I’m close to smashing in my headset please get this fixed immediately.
