Since getting v74 a couple of days ago on my Q3 the home environment does seem to be a little bit slower, not as snappy, compared to v72. Still ok though. Maybe something that can be fixed with future updates. Do what I did and file a bug report (quick menu report icon) to let meta know.
Edit; After a couple more full power down restarts things seem a lot faster now (about the same as v72).

I always shutdown it completely every night.The slowing down as started even 72.
I'm afraid of an internal SSD issue.
I just tried to restart it and no I have an android image with belly open saying no command with a small clicky sound from the inside of the headset... Although, I was able to restart it.
@Menadel69 Maybe try freeing up a little more of your headset memory by deleting a few high Gb usage games and see if this helps. Otherwise, contact meta support I guess.

I have nothing on it except Virtual Desktop. I use it for PCVR.
I Fly DCS and Flight Simulator.
