Help please
My Quest 3 just shows the spinning meta symbol when i switch it on. i've tried going into boot mode still keeps doing the same thing. has anyone had this issue?
Hi, thanks for your repl. Confirming that I am not using any unspported third-party accessories of any kind nor was I receiving any error messages. My issue is resolved now though, I found other similar posts and one suggested a factory reset, I did this and it was working after this. Thanks for the follow up though.

Just firstly we would like to confirm if you are using any unsupported third-party accessories that could affect the booting procedure (Such as external battery packs, accessories that would plug into your USB-C Port etc,). Other than this we would also just like to confirm with you if there are any error messages that you are receiving?
