Hi,
So i gifted someone with a quest 3 last year and it had wifi issues since day one. Long story short, the headset was used for a few weeks then left alone in its box for months, because it sucked. Hoping new updates fixed the issue, we tried it once again, and it is worse than before, wifi constantly disconnects and it must be manually reconnected most of the time, it is a nightmarish device because of this. Nothing can be done. Of course, wifi is a problem ONLY with quest 3, other devices work just fine.
So i read on reddit that there are faulty headsets and many people with the same issue got a replacement and no more wifi problems. I tried to contact meta support, it is impossible. So i ask here: how do i claim warranty for my quest 3 knowing it was purchased less than 1 year ago?
