Quest 3 stop working after sweat trainning

Hi, I just bought a Quest 3-512 GIG eleven days ago and it stop working today. I noticed it was after trainning hard (I sweat a lot) on Supernatural. I bought the facial mask AMVR Face Cover Pad with ventilation port before using the Quest 3 on the first day.

I trained on supernatural 4 times approximately 60 minutes each time within the last 11 days. Before that everything seems perfect with others games and streaming online.

At first I was able to boot it till I see the screen with PIN number but the controllers was not responding nor the volume button with the headset pointing on the numbers. So impossible to do anything.

I tried to force rebooting it few times but did not change anything untill it was just not rebooting at all. I then tried to reset factory parameters but it did not work. Same thing, the controllers can't connect to the headset so I can't go through the installation process... 

After reading few comments on the web it seems to me that moisture, sweating and heat is the problem... I am disapointed of it because I bought the Q3 mostly for intense trainning sessions. There is a lot of trainning application and games that can make you sweat so I don't understand why the Quest 3 would no be able to resist that... Or maybe, I just got a defect product... 

I am hoping someone could give me answers and maybe tricks so this will not happen again with a new headset...
