Quest 3 stopped working after v69 update.

I just updated my headset to v69, my headset told me to reboot to apply to update, so i rebooted it, but now my headset just seems to be dead, the screens arent turning on, i tried charging it, no charging indicator turns on, the controllers are on, bc whenever i press the menu button, the light flashes on it. The quest app is saying that the headset isnt connected. Ive tried holding down the power button to try shut down/power on the headset, didnt do anything. Anyone know how to fix this?

That's a very odd situation have you tried doing a factory reset?

Ok headset is working now, idk what fixed it. Also, i couldnt even do a factory reset, the whole headset died.

I have the same thing now, how long did you wait until it started working?

It took about 1hr and 30mins to start working again.

I had the same issue.

Press and hold the volume down button and the power button to go to the boot menu.

 

Select “boot headset”

 

I had a bit of a panic when my q3 had the same behavior.

Who put time on 3x speed?!?
