Hey meta! i have a problem with my quest 3 when in MR mixed reality my screen in black and there is a warning that all tracking is lost this has happened multiple times i have tried factory reset and clearing boundaries plus reseting it nothing has worked i have warranty and i went to the store but was adviced to contanct you first before they send it out im hoping for a replacment as i cant fix this unit that i have waiting for a reply!
