Hi guys,
So I got my quest 3 a couple months ago and had no issues up until a few days ago. My favorite game is Beat Saber and they recently released a new free music pack, OST 7. So I went to play it for the first time the other day and played a few songs. Getting my heart rate up, working up a sweat, everything was great. Then all of a sudden one of the songs had an overhead wall that I had to quickly duck under and then stand back up. Never been a problem before but this time when I ducked and stood up quickly the headset went blank. After a few seconds the screens came back on and I'm back in the game but it's paused. I was hoping it was a fluke glitch but the next duck wall the same thing happened. Then it happened with no ducking. I've tried restarting, making sure firmware is up to date, game is obviously up to date, and I made sure the batteries all have plenty of charge (I always start out with a full headset charge). But everytime I play, after a few minutes of playing this blanking out issue starts happening and then become more frequent until I get frustred and power off. I checked the sensor up top it appears clean. I haven't changed anything else before this started happening. What can I do to fix this?

Hi, @guss2149! We're sad to hear that as of lately, display issues occur while playing Beat Saber. To optimize your Quest 3 for consistent gameplay, consider adjustments to the Power and Proximity Sensor:
Keep us posted afterwards once successful or if we can assist further. All the best in the meantime!

My display turned off while playing games, which makes no sense. Sometimes it was active for a couple of minutes but mostly it turned off after 10sec gameplay. In meta home menu my display didn't turn off. It was really frustrating.
I played around with different settings for 1 hour but nothing helped.
Firmware 69 and 71
Solution: Factory Reset (Power ON + Volume Down button). Fixed.
