First, we would like to mention that you can connect your Meta Quest 3 to your PC using a link cable, and there is also an option to use Remote Desktop to also access your PC through your headset. For example, if you want to share what you see with your friends, then casting would be your best option. Now, if you want to use your PC from your headset, we recommend that you download and install Remote Desktop. We will also be including some helpful articles below for you to check out.

I too want to use HDMI to TV/Soundbar. The Bluetooth or Casting has so much lag, like a 1 second delay sound which makes it annoying. I want to play with the sound on the TV/Soundbar instead of the headset. This cost a lot of money, surely it's just a setting that it's in a update/firmware.
