My Quest 3 said the port was wet so I disconnected and stopped charging it to let it dry. It sometimes happened but it never made my virtual reality headset stop working. Then after a day I put it back to charge but it won’t charge.
@someoneistheking you need to do the '@ meta quest support' thing to get the bots attention. Apparently, they take health and safety issues seriously, which is what a melted charge port and potential fire risk is.
