My son has played Roblox on our Quest 3, but, for quite some time now when he tries to play, he gets the message "Can't connect to server".
This is the only game experiencing issues.
We've checked and updated everything.
I tried uninstalling, restarting the unit, and then reinstalling without success.
We tried forgetting our network and then reconnecting.
We tried restarting our router.
All result in the same outcome, "Can't connect to server." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We only use 1 account on the Oculus and we all share it.
It was installed from the official Meta Store.
It is in our library.
All other games work fine.
Device is standalone.
Our home environment works fine.
My son (10 years old, primary user) says it started months ago. I am just hearing about it.
We upgraded to the Quest 3 from the Quest 2 at Christmas. He says it worked when he first played it on the Quest 3, but quit working shortly after and has never worked since.
He says he gets the Roblox logo, but it then goes immediately to unable to connect to server. The game itself never boots all the way in.

We appreciate the thorough reply, @axman63! As Roblox appears to be the only game experiencing this issue and you've been able to exhaust quite a lot of troubleshooting so far, the next best step we can recommend to you is getting in contact with the game developers. They should have the proper tools on hand to take a further look into this, so you can click here to contact them directly! In the meantime, you can also follow the steps listed here to report a bug for the Roblox developers as well. Aside from this, we noted that you had mentioned that one of the users of the VR headset was 10 years old, and we wanted to make sure that you were aware that users aged 10–12 years (or 10–13 years if in South Korea, Spain, or Quebec) must have their parent or guardian create a Parent-Managed Account for them to access Meta Quest devices per the Meta Terms of Service. We highly suggest checking out this article, which goes over the importance of having the right account for your age. If there's anything else you're curious about or need assistance with, just give us a shout!
