I haven't used my Quest 3 for a week or more but it's been left on, and asleep. This morning when I tried to use it, my home environment is upside down with no tracking. The controllers are not recognised. I can't do anything. I've rebooted it several times including the Device Boot method but it just boots up, passed the Meta logo, to the screen with the three dots and then goes black. Only once did I get it to boot into a normal functionality and that was by holding down the controller oculus button while I booted up. That got me the menu in passthrough mode. Everything looked ok in that mode but when I tried to launch something it went straight to black.

I'm sorry, I've wasted your time. The problem was that the silicone face shield wasn't fitted properly and was blocking the "face sensor". So the headset kept thinking nobody had the headset on and kept going to sleep.

Hey @King401! We understand that your headset is having issues with the screen going black when trying to launch an app. We don't want to take more time off from playing your favorite games, so let's get this started. We do want to ask you if you have done a Factory Reset ?
If not, make sure your Cloud Backup is enabled before the factory reset if it lets you get through the menu. We would also like to ask you if you have any third-party accessories on your device?
Once we receive more information we can take a closer look to your issue and provide more information with your device and get you back into the gaming world!

Hi, no the problem is that it won't boot up past the spinning blue Meta symbol. It boots, spinning blue Meta symbol, sometimes three dots then grey screen, then black screen (like the headset has powered off). It doesn't respond to putting the headset back on, just stays black. Headset is fully charged. I have just now tried a factory reset which it appeared to do but it does the same thing after the reset
