Quest 3 won’t turn on - Meta logo spinning

I had put my Quest 3 on sleep yesterday and today when I switched it back on I couldn’t start any game. So I restarted the device, but I can only see the Meta logo rotating. After a while it stops and then I see a black screen for a bit and then the rotation restarts. 
anybody else facing the same issue?

Hey there, @Arbaazhashmy! We want to do our best to get your Quest 3 back up and running, so let's work together to get to the bottom of this! 

 

To begin, we have some steps for you to try:

  1. If you have any attachments connected to your device, please remove them and then try again.
    • For example, the Elite Strap + Battery or any third-party accessories.
  2. Hart reboot the device:
    1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
    2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
      1. Hold the power and volume (-) buttons down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
      2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
      3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
  3. Let the battery completely drain and the device power off. Once it's off, charge it for two hours and see if it allows you to use the device normally again.
  4. Enable cloud backup and factory reset the device.
