So, I was in my car trying to play beat saber demo and I was trying to create a boundary and it didn’t work (obviously). Then my quest just shuts off I tried turning it on and only saw a black screen.

Hey there @SwitchedGlobaly, thank you for bringing this up, we understand you are having some issues powering your Quest 3 after trying to set the boundary. We would love to see what we can do to help!
First things first, please make sure your headset is charged by plugging it in for an hour or so. Then, press and hold the power button for 30+ seconds and this should force the headset to reboot.
Let us know how that goes! If everything is working, we would love to know.

I am having the same issue. My headset will not turn on after being on charge for a while. Tried pressing the power button down 30 sec and it still did not turn on or force a reboot. I verified the charger works. The headset will not turn on at all.

First, we would like to make sure you are aware of and using our best practices when charging your headset. To do so, you can check out this link. With you already trying to reboot the headset, we want to suggest the final troubleshooting step of a factory reset. We always suggest making sure your cloud backup is enabled before performing the factory reset. If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know so we can proceed accordingly.
