My Quest 3 won't turn on. I tried the power button + volume down, nothing. I held the power button for a long time: nothing. The orange charting light doesn't glow when I plug in the charger. I tried multiple chargers.
I think I need to return this unit for repair. I own too many apps to not have a Quest headset. What's the procedure?
