I Just got a Quest 3S a couple weeks ago. One issue (and maybe its not an issue and just the limitation of the lenses) I have been having is fixing blurry visuals. I have tried adjusting the headset and making sure the lenses are properly cleaned but I can't seem to get a good clear image. I also measure my eye distance and set the lens distance as instructed. I measure 60mm and the instructions so to set to the first click (58mm) which I have done.
Certain things are worse then others. For example, playing a high motion game like beat saber seems to be fine. The menu and text is a little blurry but once playing it's fine. Playing a stationary game like Real Fishing is awful. The image is a grainy blurry mess that makes it hard to enjoy. Same thing with sitting in your Meta environment (but this might be a low graphical image anyways). VR exploration type apps (ie Brinker) are also hard to enjoy with the grainy and blurry image. Menu text seems ok, not clear but not crazy blurry. Sometimes I have to slightly tilt my head up and look down just a bit to make the text clearer.
Is this just the issue with Fresnel lenses or is there a way to make my experience better?

Hi @PunchySeaLion9873, thank you for sharing this with us. We understand that you are having issues with the blurry visuals on your Meta Quest 3S. You can adjust the fit and feel of your device and please check the link here for more information.
You can also change the IPD (inter-pupillary distance, or simply put, the distance between your pupils) and lens spacing on Meta Quest. To change the lens spacing on your Meta Quest, gently move the slider under your headset until your view is clear and comfortable. For more details please see the link here.
We suggest that you clean the Meta Quest lenses.
For additional cleaning, you can slightly dampen the corner of the microfibre cloth to remove surface debris. Avoid getting any moisture onto your device. To clean the headset lenses, start from the centre of the lens and gently wipe the lens in a circular motion moving outwards.
We hope that this will help with your issue and please reach out to us again if you need any further support.

You could try the quest games optimizer app.
Has been boosting graphics and performance since the Quest 2.

Thanks, I have been considering that. I'll look into getting that installed and see if it helps. My initial hesitation was risking overheating or pushing the limits of the 3S to hard, but I have not really found any reported cases of this happening.

I already did/do all of this. I clean the lens both before and after use using a towel I had for cleaning my glasses.

I can't give any first hand expertise as I don't have the optimizer or a 3s. So couldnt say how much of an improvement youll see there.
The best, most pricey option would be to return the 3s and get a 3. The pancake lenses will be like going from 720 to 1080.
You'll notice the difference immediately. And the QGO app would push the actual sharpness further.
