Quest 3s connection issues

The quest link app on my iPhone has trouble for some reason and sometimes it says my connection error when i try to load up some games ( ex. population zero, breachers) and loading up any app on the 3s is also slow it takes ages for the store and my friends list to load and all my software is up to date and my Wi-Fi settings are secure and my connection is excllent
