I had just received my Quest 3s via Amazon, where I proceeded to unbox the device, hook it up to my WiFi, and set it on the charger. As it began updating, I noticed it black out, with no indication of an update occurring, and no sound the console had stated it would make once the device had updated. I have tried for 3 hours to see if I could power cycle it, hard reset it, power it on, off, everything. I have looked up tips and tricks from people who have experienced the same thing, and nothing is working. I have been using the same cable that came with the device to attempt to charge it, but I still have yet to even get it to indicate power is being supplied to it.

We see you are having some issues with your new Meta Quest 3S, lets try some troubleshooting with you!
If the headset is plugged and no battery icon is displayed, and no LED's come on:
