We know how important it is for you to be able to use the device to its full capacity, so we would love to help you with this matter. Luckily, we do have a couple of troubleshooting steps that you can try to fix the Air Link connection.
Restart the device
Try another application to check if the connection issue is related to the Oculus app only
Try another connection type (ethernet or Wi-Fi)
Try a different network; one with no restrictions. Trying another network without a proxy can help resolve any slowdown that occurs when routing internet traffic through another network.
Make sure the Quest 2 headset, is on the same network as the PC when using the Air Link feature.
