Quest App: Can't Connect To The Oculus Server (Windows 11)

Hi, 

I tried to connect Oculus meta 2 to PC VR.

My PC : Win 11 23H2, Intel i7-8550U 16GB RAM With graphic card enough.

The Oculus app says "Can't connect to the service" with saying "try to reboot or fix the app".

I tried so much times again and again, 

and checked the firewall, vaccine, .. 

Nothing works!!

Please help me....

 

cf. I just want to connect it to 'steam', I think your company should provide us an option to control of it (unregistered access?) in web or the meta quest itself or anywhere...

Hey hey @dr.cobalt.2023. We saw you are having an issue with the Oculus PCVR app. We would love to help you, because we understand the trouble with not being able to play when you want to play. We are going to have you try to repair the app using the steps we are providing below. If that does not work, we are going to then send you the steps for uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So lets get to it!

  1. You are going to, download and run the Oculus Installation Software.
  2. You will see a screen which says "Already Installed".
  3. Click the "Repair" option, and confirm again on the next screen.

Please let us know how this works for you. If it does not work, to plan B we go! We are looking forward to your response!

Ive already done reinstall 10 times with removing some folders (appdata etc).

  • Have you been able to log in to your headset?
  • When was the last time you were able to use PCVR successfully?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you already attempted?

2. never, this is my first try

3. nothing but i saw the app with log-in method selection (maybe with two options) only once but it automatically shut down
