Hi! So recently my quest has had this issue where when I open my browser it just closes about 5 seconds after opening. Any suggestions or ideas how to fix! It's a shared Oculus Quest 2 if that helps

I would like to add that it's only happening on my profile on the quest and that i just figured out its for seemingly all toolbar apps except things like settings

Hey @Wommf! We can totally help you with your web browser staying open on the Quest 2. We know its not fun when you browser immediately crashes like that, and we'd be glad to help out! We'd recommend trying out a factory reset to see if that helps out, but before doing that make sure that your Cloud Backup settings are enabled. This will help save the data of any games with Cloud Backup support added by their developers. Then follow the steps below and let us know how it turns out!

hey i was experiencing the same issue as this guy i follow the steps above it did nothing at all my vr is plugged into a charger it has 0% battery it keeps opening on its own and closing itself i tried unplugging it from the charger but it just wont turn on when i do that

From what we can understand, your headset will not turn on when it is not on the charger, when it is on the charger the battery percentage is at 0%, and when you open a web browser within your headset it closes on its own. We want to help you get this handled as soon as possible so that you don't have to continue to take time away from your VR experience. We do want to get a few more details about what you're experiencing so that we know how the best way to help you out.
