Quest Cash just disappeared.

I got £50 Quest Cash as part of a promotion when buying my Quest 2. I spent 10.99 of it on Onward, and I logged in today after a while to see that my balance has been completely cleared despite the Quest Cash being described as having "no expiry dates" and that I can "use it whenever, wherever".

I'm not sure....was there maybe an expire date for that cash promotion?

You should talk to @MetaQuestSupport so they can look into that.

It clearly states that quest cash "does not expire" though? I don't see why they'd give me £50 as a reward for purchasing my quest, then remove it? Then it clearly does expire, direct contrast to what meta says...

I did not say it is expired, it was a question.🙂

If it says it don't expire, you should talk to support as I suggested......even though there might be a difference between Quest cash and a promotion.

It might be a bug in your account, but to find out, they have to look into it.
