I’m a new Quest 3 owner and Quest+ subscriber and I'm having trouble purchasing any of the Quest+ deals at the deal price. I can only buy them at full price. For example Superhot VR app: the Quest+ deal price of £9.99. The only price option I’m seeing is the full price of £18.99. I've had a chat with the support team and they confirmed this could be a technical glitch. I'm quite disappointed the deals don't work for me... Are the working at all for the rest of the customers?
I understand you're a new Quest+ subscriber, can I ask if you're currently using the free trial? I know that certain content available to paying Meta Quest+ subscribers is excluded from users in the trial offer.
For example SuperHot, which ran an offer of 50% off with Quest+ until August 31, 2024, wasn't available in the free trial version of Quest+, so I assume the same is applied to the current SuperHot deal!

Hi there! Yes, I am currently using the free 6M trial of Quest+. Thanks for the clarification regarding the content restrictions—very helpful! 😊
It’s also a bit confusing that some of these deals show a reduced price on the headset, but the same items display the full price on the Meta Horizon app.
