Quest Link App is blocked by Windows Smart App Control

Hi, I have found Quest Link App is blocked by windows Smart App Control after installing Windows update "Windows 11 Version 23H2 (KB5043076)". It keeps blocking whatever you do reboot app, reboot PC, etc.

Anyone find good solution except for deactivating Smart App Control?

According to Windows website on the topic, there isn't any way to stop certain apps being blocked, which sucks! That seems like a super obvious feature. You'll just have to turn it off from what I can tell

@Linebacker_95  perhaps try running the meta app with the PC disconnected from the internet. Then reconnect to the internet when the app is running.

Everyone, i have tried DISM.exe and sfc.exe and found the problem has gone somehow.
