My PCVR has suddenly stopped working because every time I try and load it up, it freezes and looks like the second picture. My oculus app on pc tells me it’s a general device issue but I don’t know what it is. I’ve tried restarting my computer and headset, reinstalling the app, and even factory reset my headset. My quest link never worked properly as it’s always kicked me out of the link suddenly, has visual issues covering half the screen in purple, or in general just not working unless I restarted both systems before playing. But for the last few months it’s been working fine until now, where it’s freezing right after I load up Quest link and saying there’s something wrong with the headset.

Each case needs to be viewed as an individual though as there's not a single solution that fixes everyone. Can you provide us with the following information so we can look into this.
What are your PC specs?
Are you using Air link or a Link cable?
when is the last time PCVR worked properly for you?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
