My Quest Link is having issues on my Quest 2. It works normally initially everytime I launch my computer and Quest Link; however whenever I disconnect, whilst using SteamVR, and try to reconnect, one of three things happens.
1.) It loads, I can see, my controllers properly move, but my inputs don't register. 2.) It perpetually stays on the black screen with the Meta logo. 3.) It kicks me out to the Quest home screen.
The only way I've found to remedy this is to completely restart my computer and Quest. I've ensured that my Quest Cable is compatible. I've also found that whenever I restart, the Meta desktop app simply says "General Device Problem." Is there any solution?
I've reached out to Meta Support, but they've been generally unhelpful.
I've tested cable connection, and it says USB 3.0 and 2.6 Gbps. I've also factory reset my Quest 2, reinstalled the Meta Desktop app, and reinstalled SteamVR.
I'd REALLY appreciate any help whatsoever. I've ensured that my drivers are up-to-date, and I've also tried having minimal USB devices connected.
Lastly, my Quest Link has worked fine before for months, so I have NO CLUE what has happened.
