Been having this issue for months now. It keeps saying headset not detected on the quest link pc app. I tried almost everything. Someone Help Please.

Not  including your pc specs, cable and connection, plus meta-link pc app device graphics and Oculus Debug Tool (ODT) settings makes it impossible to make any useful suggestions.  Also, what troubleshooting steps you’ve already actually tried.

If you want users to try to help then please make an effort to supply pertinent information.  Thanks and cheers.

In order for us to get a better idea of this situation to begin with, please clarify the following details and we can continue from there: 

  • Has your headset ever successfully connected to this PC via Quest Link in the past?
  • Does your PC meet the full requirements to support Quest Link per this article?
  • What specific cable are you using to make this connection? Where was it purchased from?
  • So we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
