Quest Link Keeps Crashing Few Seconds After Launch

I Have Tried Multiple Things Such As:

- Reinstaling Windows 

-Reinstalling Oculus PC App

-Changing the cable 

-Changing The Graphics 

And many more but i sometimes manage to carry on playing and it doesnt crash but when it does its just like every 15 seconds and i cant play my game like even when im not in a game it crashes.
