Quest Link does not start in Meta Quest2

I am asking the question from Japan.
I am using a translator, so sorry if the words are incorrect.

I can't start Quest Link in MetaQuest 2 and I want to solve this problem.
When I start Meta Quest 2 and launch Quest Link
When I turn on Air Link and start it up,
The screen switches to a blank screen... and it just loads and doesn't go any further.
How can I solve this problem?
Also, the wired connection is only recognized as 2.0 when I make a test connection.
I have tried using a hub to see if there is not enough power, but there is no change.

PC Specs
ASUSのTUF GAMING A15
CPU:AMD Ryzen7 4800H Radeon Graphics
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060
RAM:32GB
os:10

Meta Quest 2ver:55
Oculusc Clientver:55

What I did.
Set Oculus VR Runtime to High Performance in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
OculusClient.exe and other .exe's in the support file were set to high performance from the display graphics settings.
Reinstalled the GPU.

I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
MetaQuest was 54.

Heeey @saya_chan2! Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate the efforts made to reaching out to us. We'd be more than happy to find a solution for Link with you. As gamers ourselves, we totally understand how much of a headache setting up Link can be. Here are some steps you can try to get Link up and running:

  • Manually repair the Meta Quest PC application:
    1. Go to https://www.meta.com/quest/setup and click Download software.
    2. Select Repair.
      1. If Windows asks you if you’re sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
      2. If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info and then click Run anyway.
      3. If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
      4. Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you've completed the repair.
    3. Allow the repair process to run, download and install.
    4. Launch the Meta Quest PC app.
  • Install the latest Meta Quest drivers:
    1. Close the Meta Quest PC app.
    2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command.
    3. Enter C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-drivers. (File path may be different per user based on the install location)
    4. Open oculus-driver.
    5. Open the Meta Quest PC app and then try to connect your headset again.
  • Ensure Air Link is disabled
  • Enroll in/opt out of the Public Test Channel (PTC)
    1. Open the Meta Quest PC app on your computer.
    2. Select Settings in the left menu.
    3. Select the Beta tab.
    4. Next to Public Test Channel, click to enroll.
    5. Manually reboot the headset

We hope this helps. If you continue having the same issue with Quest Link, reach out to us via private message. We'd be happy to continue looking into what's causing the issue. We hope to hear back from you soon!
