Quest Link don't detect my Quest 3

Hi, the app don't detect my new quest 3 , and it was working fine in the past with my quest 2.

For more infos : I plug the headset with the official meta link cable in a USB C port directly on the Motherboard.

I've test to lunch the app and the configuration of a new headset in the device section, select Link cable,

also inside the headset, i got the Link option:ON and Air link:OFF, but it never detect in both way. 

But no clue on why but, the Air link still work btw

I've try to re-install everything twice, what's going on exactly, pls help, thx.
