Hey team,
Looks like an update to Windows and the Quest Link yesterday has killed my ability to do anything VR.
Headset works in standalone.
Did a Headset update. No change.
Quest Link gives me the red "Meta Quest Link isnt' compatible with this system's hardware. Learn More". Click on the learn more, and my GPU is on the recommended list - so clearly not an issue.
Quest Link tries to repair - but does a full remove/reinstall. Have now done this 4 times for no change.
If it works, Quest Link will open, then close itself - and go into this loop until i disconnect the headset.
Tried to speak to Meta Help last night; got a "Please give me 3-5 minutes to check further on this" and then they closed the chat - so that didn't play out as expected!
Any help, hints, tips would be welcomed!

So tried to deinstall/reinstall the Meta Quest App for Windows ~10 times now, after a reboot it just crashes and tries to restart again. So that means I can no longer use Quest link and have to stop developing my Unity software development. How is this possible!!!!!

Hello everyone,
I just spent 3 hours looking for a solution and nothing worked...
I have an oculus quest 2 for 2 years and a lenovo laptop with a Ryzen processor and an 3070 Nvidia GPU.
I use Oculus Air Link to not have a cable.
Everything worked until this afternoon. I wanted to play Pavlov as always and I was told to update my Nvidia drivers. That's what I did and I also updated my Oculus Quest 2.
Since then, I have a major problem. When I am on the virtual desktop and I am launching the game, I see Pavolv in a window. Before, the window extented and then I had the total immersive view of the game but it doesn't work. When I take off my heaset, I can see the game running normaly on the PC.
As I saw on a forum, I went into the Steam VR settings to set Steam VR as OpenXR Runtime.
If I start the game from the desktop, I have the same problem, but if I start the game from Steam VR, I have the immersive view without the window BUT it becomes so laggy that it is impossible to play...
It is the only game I played on Oculus, so if you could help me, I would appreciate it a lot!!
Thanks guys

Having the exact same issue.
Possible causes:
- Updated Quest 2 to the newer software
- Updated the Quest Link to the newer drivers
Problem:
- Pavlov VR launches in flatscreen, and not in VR
Things I've tried to no avail:
- Reinstalling Pavlov
- Restarting PC and headset multiple times
- Updating any available drivers (AMD GPU had a driver update)
- Factory resetting air bridge
- Starting the game from Steam VR
- Setting Steam VR as Open XR runtime (allows the game to run, with significant performance issues)
If anyone knows of a fix that would be amazing.

Same here! App is crashing and restarting in a loop. I've tried repairing the app as well with no success

Win10 Home
68.0.0.480.364.627251955
Link cable
Can't connect to app to check - that's the problem
Not on PTC
No workarounds appear to have any effect

1. Windows 11 Pro, 10.0.22631
2. Quest software version: 51062550068500150
3. D-Link air bridge
4. PC app version: 68.0.0.433.361
5. No
6. 2-ish:
* Revert back to an older version of the software
* Run Steam VR as OpenXR runtime. (Does launch the game, however, it is at a horrible latency and performance)
