I've owned my Quest 3 for nearly a year now and I absolutely love it. But lately, I've experienced several issues that have severely worsened my experience.
The biggest issue that I have is that my Quest Link keeps freezing at random, mostly taking my entire PC with it and forcing me to do a hard restart on both. Whenever it freezes, the last frame is stuck where it was with a thick black border and an endlessly repeating pattern following it. I play using the official Link Cable, so internet isn't an issue for me. I've already tried upgrading and downgrading my graphics drivers, but it doesn't seem to help at all. There doesn't seem to be a pattern either, I could be starting it up and idling or hanging out with a bunch of people in VRChat, I've had multiple lockups in both situations and everything in between.
Another issue that I've experienced is the floor height sinking deep into the ground whenever I start Quest Link up. Going into the guardian setup and backing out of it fixes it, but it is super annoying having to reset my guardian every time I start link up. Same with disabling Asynchronous Spacewarp, I always disable it in the debug tool because it causes heavy graphical glitches and reduced performance, but it turns back on by itself whenever I start link up.

Headset - Quest 3 on v77.1025 (issues have been present before)
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU - Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti 16GB
RAM - 2x16GB 3200MHz

I know this isn't the place to express this, but it's kinda just inevitable, I have played on multiple different systems with Quest 2 and 3's and the black fractal border of death is always going to jumpscare you, just kinda a fact of Quest Life. Usually it can be minimized by limiting head movement I've noticed, but that's a hard ask for a VR headset.
