Quest Link keeps freezing when starting a game

Hi, recently got a new computer and have been trying to get quest link to work, it’s my first time playing pc VR and it keeps freezing when I launch a game, it runs fine in the launcher area, the white gridded space, but when I launch a game it works for maybe half a minute then freezes. It continues to play on my computer but not on the quest. Hope someone can help, thanks

• Are you able to launch other applications within PC VR app?
• Are you using any anti-virus applications? Did you receive any messages from it during the process?
• Is the Windows account an admin user?
• Is your computer compatible and running recent drives? Does the computer meet the app requirements?
• Do you receive any error messages?
