Quest Link suddenly stop working

So I've had no issues so far with the link until earlier when i was playing VRC and all of the sudden the link stopped working and so i reconnected and then moments later link stopped again. Now ive been stuck being able to use it for moments until it disconnects, I've checked the port and it's good and reinstalled the Oculus app on pc and Hard reset my Quest and the issue still persists

Hey I don't have the answer but I recently got the same issue (quest 2), I use a cable as well. I know people who use AirLink are having a problem right now but I haven't heard much from people using link with a cable. I did all the generic troubleshooting stuff same as you, and I tried the PTC which still didn't work. I'm down to either having a bad cable or some software (Maybe Windows 11 update?) is screwing everyone trying to use any type of quest link. I mostly wanna know if it's happening to a ton of cable link users or just us lucky souls.

it might be a software issue when did you get yours? i got mine around descember of last year

I took a huge break from VR then tried to get back into it a couple days ago, and at first it was fine but after a day or two the issue popped up. I was thinking maybe a new Oculus update popped up and made everything all janky.

I'm having the same problem with a cable and I've tried two different ones, my air link is also not working

We know that any sort of equipment issue like this can take you out of our VR world and we would like to help sort this out.  So we don't repeat anything can you tell us what troubleshooting your have done?

Meta this has to be on your end, so please look into it as I too have the exact same issues! No airlink! Stopped working after the recent update!

Yes, I'm still having the issue, I've done every troubleshooting step, one of your support teams talked me through all of them and nothing worked, they said they would notify me if they had any updates regarding the matter.
