I'm using them paired with my Quest 3. I also have a full body tracking setup via Vive Trackers and SteamVR Base Stations. This combination of VR devices is by far my favorite way to play wireless PCVR and it's truly incredible... when it works.
Sadly, 90% of the time I go to play VR my Quest Pro Controllers refuse to track properly. They often are way off from where they should be, and some days will never reset themselves to where they should be; no matter how many times I restart my headset, turn the controllers on and off, repair them, and everything I've seen mentioned on these forums and over the internet.
When the controllers are actually lined up with where they should be they always track flawlessly for the full session, but if I dare set my headset down then I gamble if the controllers will be offset or not when I put my headset back on.
Meta please spend some time on fixing these controllers because this issue is very apparent and widespread amongst your users. If you could fix this issue I would gladly endorse Meta as the king of VR as I've tried many devices at this point, but sadly this prevents me from using my $300 controllers and stops me from enjoying VR at all as I can't play without controllers. The Quest Pro Controllers would be my favorite controllers of all time if Meta could just fix this offset issue.

It's a known issue that's been around since V65 at least and Meta seem to not be on the pulse of.
The issue is actually with the firmware affecting the WiFi rather than the controllers; which is why some people are experiencing issues with setting up their headsets or performing factory resets.
It's also why Touch Plus controllers aren't affected.
The rollout for V66 was also borked until recently and this doesn't seem to have solved the issue anyhow.
Some responses from support say that internal testing is aware of it and some say they're unable to reproduce it in V66 despite hundreds of people being able to do so each and every time they put on their headsets.
ATM it seems all we can do is keep banging on about it and hoping something gets done.
There's a mega-thread here that details it, including several of us describing it in far greater details.

Just coming back to note that the latest update finally has my Pro controllers working really well with my Quest 3!
EDIT: The Pro controllers received another update right around July 29th 2024 that has brought back the issue in full force 😞
One of the things that has helped make my experience consistent was to turn off all hand tracking options. Ever since the latest update, and changing those settings I've actually been able to immediately use my Pro controllers for the past 2 sessions in a row now. Which was completely unthinkable before.
Great job Meta!!! Thank you for not giving up on these controllers they are incredible with the Quest 3!

Is that on V67 or V68 PTC?

I'll check when I get home in a few hours!

I'm on V67 btw
Edit: But about a week after Blade & Sorcery 1.0 came out my Pro controllers updated again and that's when they noticeably improved. However I have to say what makes the biggest difference for me is turning off all hand tracking options.
EDIT 2: Roughly July 29 2024 the Pro controllers received another update, and they are back to being unusable
